A Dozen Reasons I Love You - Free Printable Tags

I ordered Julian a box of dozen red wines for Valentine's Day. As you may have seen in our study we have a wine cellar fridge full of red wine. I dont drink wine but Julian loves it and collects them. It occurred to me this was pretty much his version of a dozen red roses. I decided I would attach tags to the bottles each with a reason why I love him. You could use anything your partner loves.... beer, chocolate, books etc. If you don't celebrate Valentine's Day these tags would be perfect for an anniversary gift.

A DOZEN REASONS I LOVE YOU

WHAT YOU NEED:
12 items your partner loves
Lime & Mortar printable tags
Scissors
Twine/Ribbon
Pens

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Print the tags on thick paper/card stock and cut out each one
2) Using a hole punch (or something sharp on a soft surface) make a hole where marked
3) Write a reason on each tag about something you love about your partner. I kept mine blank since Julian will see this in advance (got to have some surprises).
4) Thread twine or ribbon through the hole and tie or tape one onto each item

Alternatively you could just use the tags to make a little booklet like this
